"I've reviewed this before but I'll give it another shot. I've bought several of them. They need to make the pour hole bigger. Water to fill the base is ok but sand is better. Sand is heavier, like 6 bags of 50# and sand doesn't leak nearly as much. Also, bigger hole makes it easier to remove if needed. i have one unit on a second floor. hate to have water leak down to my neighbors."
